Question: Who do I call for maintenance?

You call the main office @ 636.936.0055, anyone that answers the phone can schedule maintenance. You can also email your request to: office@ashwoodapartments.net and we will enter the work order promptly. After Hours Emergency Maintenance requests, should also call the office number and follow the prompts to reach on-call maintenance.

Question: What is the application fee?

$35 per adult age 18 & older that will be on the lease.

Question: Are pets allowed?

Yes! All of our communities are pet friendly. Contact the office on the specifics & policy required prior to obtaining a pet. We do require a pet deposit and monthly pet rents, as well as a photo of the pet (once approved) and vet documentation regarding shot records and breed.

Question: Can someone move-in with me?

Yes, once they have passed the background check and credit check. Having someone stay in your home for more than 2 weeks is considered as living there. It is a violation of the lease to allow anyone to reside in your home that is not a lease holder. There are also occupancy limits, please be sure to contact the leasing office. 

Question: How do I file a complaint about my neighbor, maintenance, or a vendor?

Please direct all complaints to the office by either calling 636.936.0055 or sending an email to: office@ashwoodapartments.net

Question: Can I change or add locks to the home?

No you may not. The locks are changed after each resident moves out, to ensure safety. Maintenance is required to perform this task and to file a spare key at the office for emergencies.

Question: Can I paint or wall paper in my home?

No you may not. We do allow you to hang pictures or shelves at your discretion, using the smallest nails possible.

Question: How can I pay my rent?

We offer several payment options. You may pay by check or money order via mail, inside our office or drop box. You can also pay your rent online with your debit/credit card or bank account information. If you would like further details on payment methods, please give us a call or email: office@ashwoodapartments.net. Keep in mind, rent is due on the 1st each month, even if that day falls on a holiday or a weekend. We accept payments during normal business hours, and have a drop box at the front of the building for payments after hours.

Question: What happens if I see a bug in my home?

Please note that Ashwood Apartments offer treatments with a Pest Solution Company. If you have issues you feel need to be addressed, please contact the office right away.

Question: When is the pool open?

Our pools are generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool Hours are currently 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
